La Certificación de Competencias en Teletrabajo es el reconocimiento público, formal y temporal de la capacidad laboral demostrda por un trabajador. Los estándares de competencia construidos son validados, rectificados y ratificados por los actores del mundo del trabajo del sector (empresas, sindicatos, instituciones públicas) y convertidos en norma de competencia El requisito para poder certificarse es tener como mínimo 6 meses de experiencia como teletrabajador. Ventajas que aporta certificar competencias laborales: • Es un reconocimiento público de la experiencia. • Mejora las oportunidades de inserción laboral. • Mejora las oportunidades de carrera. • Promueve la capacitación y la formación continua. • Hace más eficiente la gestión de recursos humanos en las empresas.
